Daystar Farm is our family farm in the mountains of Nestorville, West Virginia. We raise grass-fed, grass-finished beef and pastured pork, grow fresh produce, and bring it all to the Downtown Morgantown Farmers Market. We believe healthy soil, cared-for animals, and thoughtful farming are where good food begins.

We grow fresh produce for our community and make our products without added nitrates or nitrites, except those naturally occurring in celery powder.
